Welcome To Our Fellowship!

If you've been looking for a fellowship of believers that goes deeper than attending church a few times a month, then your heart beats like ours. We're not into the casual "meet and greet," and "Hi, how are you doing today." Life is more complicated than that, and true Christian fellowship goes much deeper. If you're looking for friends, you've come to the right place.

Church Shopping?

Sadly, this exercise doesn't really pan out for most believers, especially if they're looking for meaningful relationships. So how do you find true Biblical "fellowship?" The adventure begins with an intentional mission to embrace people from a variety of life-situations and backgrounds. Fellowship is a mandate as far as Scripture is concerned. Many churches today are simply trying to fill their pews and meet the annual budget. Perhaps you've been disappointed by this reality too. Our church is about making your Christian life more satisfying and meaningful. That's simply how we roll!

Ready To Slow Down?

Allow your imagination roll. What if each day of your life could be represented by an apple pie divided into 24 slices. Each serving would represent a single hour. Now let's do some math. You probably work for 8 servings (hours) and sleep for another 8. This equals 16. So now you have 8 hours remaining to live as you please. So how will you spend that time? Family is important. Husbands, wives and kids need a piece of your apple pie. You also need down time for leisure, relaxation, and replenishing your mind. And what about the spiritual side of life? Are you missing out on this portion? Most people are, and they've never experienced genuine fellowship with another Believer. God has a plan to fulfill you and satisfy you. All it takes is to have the right people in your life who have your spiritual growth in mind. The Church in San Antonio is passionate about creating opportunities for fellowship among believers. Come and experience one of our house church fellowships!

The Hands Of Love

All Believers play two roles in life. Sometimes we're in the position of reaching up, while on other occasions we're reaching down. We either need help, or need to offer help. No one has all the answers. So we reach out, either to God or to others, in the hope of finding someone who can guide us through the challenging times of life. It's far more fulfilling, however, to stretch our hands out to someone who needs a friend. Biblical fellowship is where this reality happens best. When you walk through life with someone, you sense the critical opportunities to be the hands and feet of Jesus. The Church in San Antonio seeks to be a fellowship of believers with open hearts and helping hands. Come be a part of our movement. We're trying to change our city with genuine, heartfelt compassion for our neighbors. Pass it on!

Breaking Bread Together

At the Church in San Antonio we fellowship often. After we've shared prayer requests with each other, spent time in prayer, and studied Scripture, we break bread. Sometimes that means celebrating the Lord's Supper as you see here. Other times we share our friendship over a potluck meal. The fellowship is always sweet, and you're always invited. Let's get in touch soon!
